May. 10th, 2010 03:37 pmSo, we've been having some trouble with Stitch and Bitch for the last few times: the locations we can find that are handy to get to aren't great to actually knit in.
Buster's isn't bad, but it's loud, and it's bad for the East End people.
Everything we've tried in the Market is both loud and dark. Bank Street around Somerset, similar.
We've also been having issues with staggered arrival times, and people coming early and not seeing anybody there and leaving.
I'd really like this to become a long term thing, and I know there's enough interest, but we need to make it work for people.
Therefore:
1) This Wednesday we think we're going to try the Arrow and Loon again: the location is much easier in good weather than bad, and the food, service, quiet and light are good. Bank Street at Fifth, 6:30 to 9:30, roughly, on the indoor patio.
2) Here is a poll, in which we solicit your opinions before planning the rest of the summer.
